Sure I read Luton have 3 players playing at this tournement, Joe Morrel who assisted Kieffer Moore for Wales is on there books but don’t think he played a single game for them this year.

The new FA rules currently make it very difficult for managers or players to come to the UK if they are below the very top level
Tbh my view is if it will give more young British players a chance I'm in favour
But there is talk of maybe relaxing some of the rules but I don't know what they have in mind

He was indeed and I am not sure why you think I was touting him as a signing!! Austria had some decent players and a few vs Scotland today looked lively and are not at the highest level yet. Frostie makes a fair point on post Brexit rules.
