I think the defenders been done for pace and uses his forearm to shove him over, when seen side on it's a definite penalty for me, some refs wouldn't give it but they should

I'm not sure that our side of the draw does us any favours watching this

If we got to the final then we'd have played Germany- who actually weren't that good, Ukraine & Czech/ Denmark. Not easy but not scary hard matches.

If Italy got through then they'll have had massively competitive matches against Belgium & Spain- they'll have seen it all.

Bit like fighting 2 journeymen then taking on a fully prepared & in form Tyson Fury

If you're writing Germany off as not that good, you can do the same to Spain too.

24 hours from now we'll be...

(1) reflecting on a humdinger of a first half and watching replays of our two goals
(2) nervous as hell with it 0-0 and us struggling to break down a stubborn Ukraine & demanding Grealish comes on to avoid penalties
(3) wondering if we're gonna blow it with Ukraine 1-0 up after a terrible defensive mixup

All the teams in group F had massively competitive games in the group stages. Where are those teams?

Big difference for England over the likes of Belgium is strength in depth. Anyone think Nacer Chadli would get anywhere near our squad?

Playing quality so regularly will exhaust you. We should be more rested going up against whoever we're scheduled to beat in the final.
