I'm feeling like i did before 87, like we'd already won the prize and anything more was a bonus, so I'm saying England to win 3-2 in extra time and new England fans forum to spring up tomorrow called Giorgio Chiellini's knee.

It’s feeling very real and very big now

I don’t like it, all this stuff should be saved for if we win, just heaps more pressure on

Agree. All this preparation might have jinxed it. Talk of bank holidays, Atomic Kitten, etc.

First final in 55 years, second final in 149 years, you can understand the hysteria.

This feels surreal. For the overwhelming vast majority of us of course it's uncharted territory.
I think my pre match preparation is pretty much spot on - Did a bit of light gardening earlier, ale in fridge (not starting until 6,30) just about to go and knock one out but the real dilemma is which side to watch it on?
What's the consensus - Beeb or ITV?

BBC for me. England seem to do better on there, although that counts for nothing if ITV have it too.

6,619 Italian fans in Wembley tonight, it’s really going to be a huge away game for them… going by the scenes on the streets already it’s going to be one hell of an atmosphere
