Mourinho isn't a doctor, he was way out of line. I get why he was frustrated at having to lose a player at a crucial time but you can't have a manager dictating to the medical staff how to do their job.

If a player suffered a serious injury (might have looked innocuous at the time, doesn't have to be something obvious like a leg break) which was made worse because medical treatment didn't arrive or was slow arriving surely the club would be exposing themselves to a massive law suit from the player.

Normally the Classless One wants medics on the scene immediately.

His interpretation of facts often leave lots to be desired.

If I were her I'd still sit on the bench match day; I mean, what can JM do if she did? Surely she needs to be as close to the action as possible to tend to any injury?

I know Chelsea probably have 100 medical staff on their books so will still have someone there in her place, but what are they going to do? Wait until JM gives them permission to enter the field of play after every stoppage in play?

Whoever is replacing her that's exactly what they should do. Would be a great show of solidarity and make JM look even more stupid than he's already made himself look.

Sure that's true but I think a lot of people take issue as a) they were called onto the pitch by the ref and b) she followed the male physio who hasn't received any punishment.

Its been speculated by a few in the media is the reason she was punished was possibly for a facebook post. People were sending messages of support to her after the match basically criticising Mourinho for his reaction after the match. Her profile is normally inactive but she sent a message saying thank you to the public for there overwhelming support.

This may not seem much but apparently Mourinho is a dictator about this sorta stuff like with players and staff, the club have strict rules about the staff and social media and he doesn't like anyone having a voice and speaking out of turn. With an ego like his I could imagine overreacting to a simple facebook message.

I think there are wider issues here other than the Hazard incident, JM doesnt look a happy man at present. I bet there is behind the scenes war with the russian one again....

Jose is court could be entertaining.

Chelsea’s doctor, Eva Carneiro, is believed to have left the club and is preparing to sue the Premier League champions for constructive dismissal following the incident during the game against Swansea last month

The payout is confidential so I reckon they've paid her a decent amount to keep it out of court.

What will she do next not going to get another job in football, maybe bt can employ her like they employ Howard Webb to tell us about the reffing decision she can do it for injuries.

Agreed, I love Mourinho, but on this occasion he was a bellend.

100% this. The person to blame in this scenario was Hazard....For going down acting like he'd been shot. She had no choice other than to enter the field(Safety of players) as it's her job to do that. Mourinho was bang out of order for yelling at her and as soon as she ran over to Hazard he was absolutely fine and probably didn't need her medically.

Just read that she got £5 million to keep the secrets, she was on £286,000 per year so more than two and a half times the salary of a consultant does everybody in football gave to be paid massive salaries

Why shouldn't she work in football again? She has done nothing wrong.

Most likely because she was threatening to spill the beans on what has been going on at Chelsea. But I guess the big thing will be is she any better at what she does than anybody else and her salary demands time will tell.
