For the many who don't beleive a new stadium will ever be built now's the time to have a re-think and consider all possibilities.

CCC win the JR, what will they do next?

CCC lose the JR, where will that leave them?

Our owners win, will they try and negotiate a deal for the Ricoh, even on a very long lease if the club have access to ALL revenues (FIFA FP, Gross Incomes) or just push ahead with a new stadium?

Two sites exist, contrary to what is believed and one is only 7 miles from the Council House!

If things go the way some of the experts are predicting, will CCC be forced into demolishing the Ricoh?

Our Club need a 'Community Stadium' similar to MK Dons & The Amex and whatever the outcome, the thinking and future need to change ideally embracing not just the ground but possibly the academy & training facilities in line with more progressive European clubs.

Whilst we all agree it's a huge mess and we need to be back in Coventry, on what terms? The model the club has been forced to work with for almost 10 years just doesn't and never ever will work under the current FIFA rules. We have to move on and move forward, for better or for worse.

Whatever your opinion the most important thing is the future of the club I've followed and support for all my life.

I think we have to have the new stadium because I don't think we will go back to the Ricoh under Sisu - and we need to be back in Coventry sooner rather than later. Whether it is ever built is a different matter but the longer we're not playing in our home city the more young supporters we're likely to lose.

Same as now. CCC try to negotiate our club back. SISU look at more ways of litigation.

Maybe having to refinance the deal. But there could be a way of paying the remainder off being negotiated as we speak. And no, it isn't using taxpayers money. It is money raised by the arena. So SISU will have missed the boat with buying the Higgs share.

New stadium? They will only negotiate a return to the Ricoh when all avenues of getting the freehold at a cheap rate have been exhausted.

Two sites exist, contrary to what is believed and one is only 7 miles from the Council House!

Is that site the Ricoh?

Are we supposed to take you seriously?

Try naming the grounds of the bigger clubs that do the same then.

It needs to be on terms agreed by all and to a benefit of all. Otherwise it won't happen.

Whatever your opinion the most important thing is the future of the club I've followed and support for all my life.

Isn't securing somewhere to play for the future of our club better than handing it to a hedge fund that wants to make money for it's investors important? All we know is that if SISU got the arena it would be held separate from our club. No explanations. No nothing. No reason to back SISU on getting their hands on it so far.

I do think they may very well knock down the Ricoh. Perhaps they could stick up a disused gas works and then contaminate the land again.

Perhaps they will demolish the Ricoh so that Sisu have a site for the new stadium inside the city boundary.

What a fab idea. Stroke of genius! Knock down the Ricoh and let Sisu build a new stadium on the land.

Would that be in Coventry or not? :thinking about: If not within the boundary, I have to say I would refuse to go.

Bless him .............. ANYWAY ........... Just to chuck in my penny's worth, I think that CBRE are working with the club to find land, purchase it, and get planning permission.

Whether that is for a stadium or ..... lets say a "New Academy/Training Facility" is another thing.

I firmly believe Plan A through to Plan T is return to the Ricoh. But if they were to have land purchased, and planning permission for this "New Academy/Training Facility" would it be less difficult to upgrade that planning permission to a new stadium than a whole new application?
