Aware that I will sound like a grumpy old man, but I dislike stats like this. It's only been branded as League 2 since 2004. Records should be 'all time' for that level, imo (acknowledging that assist stats probably didn't exist in 1958).

I also remembered that he played for Pompey, the old man’s team. Not sure there’s been many who’ve played for both…
