Red Bull and Max just like Miami seem to be off it again

Or, has Ferraris planned massive upgrade worked?

Seems as if Red Bull have a narrower setup window than last year's car, whereas the upgraded McLaren, and now hopefully Ferrari are both able to get theirs into the window a bit easier. Leclerc's looking favourite for pole on the data so far....

But, we all know Max will probably turn up tomorrow and just nail a lap together.

Im reading a lot of technical insiders online stating Red Bulls Suzuka Upgrade only brought them a tenth or so, and led to the narrow set up window. Hope thats true!

Just caught the end of practice, absolutely chaotic. Looks like it will be a great shootout for pole though, can't wait.

Shame that Piastri's been dropped to 5th, would have been better if he could split the Ferrari's. Need a perfect start from Lando.

Feel like Lando catching up with Max is gonna be a big tease and Max will “find” a few seconds before the end

Almost an almighty shunt in F2, car crawling round the blind bend in the tunnel more or less on the racing line, Hadjar coming at full speed, sees him very late, barely just manages to avoid him. Good job they had the white flag LED (means slow car ahead) on, or he'd have had no idea until it was too late.

Yeah, it's odd, normally a slower car would go to the outside there.

Can only think it's something like whatever problem he had meant he also lost the radio, so had no idea if anyone was coming up on him, and decided it would be riskier to cross the track without knowing. Or he didn't think he had enough power to make it across, so just hoped he could get round the corner before someone came round.

It looks very much Leclercs weekend but we know his luck round Monaco.

Red Bull are nowhere, the bumps they were getting on the car were unbelievable. Max has gave an interview (not sure which country) in which he states they wont challenge the podium this weekend

In before he smashes a pole lap out of nowhere and parks the bus to win.....

I'm not one to believe in curses or jinxes, but if there was ever a compelling case for them, it'd be Charles Leclerc at Monaco.

Just goes to show, when you take the dominant car out of it, how close it really is.

As good a lap as it was from Leclerc, Piastri was right there with him. The guy really is a star who's starting to come into his own.

I know it's fairly usual to see a crash at the Monaco Grand Prix, but I don't think this was what anyone was expecting 😂

Magnussen going for a gap that was never there, speared him into the wall and took his teammate out for good measure.

Monaco is usually a snooze fest but at least there’s some drama in the pits. This could be the most boring of all time unless the tyres fall of a cliff.

The only problem with all the early incidents is it's removed all the strategy from this, it's all about management now.
