FFS Sheffield Wednesday at home.
This will be a good comparison between MR and FL. Thought their player, Charles? should have been sent off for the assault on Bidders in the league match which would probably resulted in a different outcome. Think Bidders will be out for payback.
Will pretty much show if King has been correct in his changes behind the scenes.
Oxford improved from last season, but not so much that we were lucky to win.

I doubt they'll be bothered. I'm happy to move back for a game.

If they bring over 4k, they'll have nearly as much as us.

Will be about 10-12k overall.
Every year we think it'll be a crap crowd, and there's always more turn up than predicted.

If it's priced at £15 for adults and £10 seniors and young adults and £5 for u16s I think we will get more than you think.

Much will come down to Doug and his wish to maximise profits and how well the team is playing.

17k with 3k away fans would be my prediction.

Very disappointing draw.

Not at all exciting but the sort of game we could easily lose.

Hopefully we will win and it will kickstart our league performances.

Not a great draw but another game for Lampard to get his ideas across against a club in our league with no pressure. I wonder if we’ll play a full strength side this year.

Guess both teams will rest quite a few players.
That's where our squad depth wins the day.
Right?👍

What am I missing - why is a 6pm kickoff time bad?
You seem to be becoming the new contrarian! It's horrific and absolutely pointless.

What are folk supposed to do about dinner/tea, especially with kids.

The game will be finished at 8pm - I don’t know what time you tend to eat, but that seems pretty convenient.

It’s a much more sociable kickoff time than 12:30pm, that’s for sure (don’t get me started on lunchtime arrangements for those)

It might actually be the most convenient kickoff time of all, you know

Got errands/work/family/football commitments during the day? No problem
Plans to go out after the game? No problem
Need to travel a long distance to reach the ground? No problem
Strict policy of only eating dinner between the hours of 6pm-8pm? OK, that technically is a problem

Lol. I don't know where to start with that 'convenience' tbh.

Me and my boy getting home at gone 9pm on a Sat night sounds a right laugh for us and the rest of my family 🙄

Ridiculous kick off time my lad will be playing the following morning and has a strict 8pm to bed before a match, then to not put it on tv in the uk makes it worse. I hope Doug prices it at the lowest point possible for us and the highest possible for them😉. Fuck the fa and their foreign audience.
