WTF!!?? One ticket per person!!! What does that mean? If I buy four tickets, one is for me and the others are for 3 other individuals each wanting one ticket!! Or do I have to take three mates with me to buy them, just to prove I won't be claiming 4 seats all for myself!? You know, so I can move around a bit and deny the team the support of three more fans!! CRAZY!!! They just can't get it right at all can they!!

Or am I missing something??????

There are not that many tickets to go around - it's all about fairness.
If 4 tickets per person they would sell out with the season ticket holders!!

It's to stop people buying them and then touting them out... It's always been the same even if you are a family with four season tickets you had to show your season ticket for each one..

So does it mean we all go as individuals and can't be with our mates? Never had a problem in the past buying more than one....

As long as you have there members details won't be a problem .. If not yes you all have to go .. But I guarantee they will be sold out today and won't reach general sale

I'm sure you're right Nick but I do remember buying more than one ticket online for a cup game v West Ham. Anyway anyway....I live 10mins drive from Kingsmeadow and it's sickening I can't get a ticket!

Unfortunately you have to realise that this isn't MK Dons in which 6000 tickets will be allocated, this is Wimbledon where only 800 have been allocated.* A lot of people are going to be disappointed.

*Irony of first statement unintended.

Its always been the same....you can buy more than one but you have to take the same amount of memberships/season tickets and then general sale you all have to go unless it is say man u (9000+ tickets) where they will generally give more than one per person on general sale....unfortunately wimbledon with only 800 tickets, then one per person is only fair!!!

Yes in the old days you had as many as you wanted.

when City got to the final, you had supporters with stubs who wanted 10 tickets. But the queue went all the way down to Gosford park.
If you were at the back you would have to wait for hours and then got none. The city at the last moment changed it to 4 per person after complaints from other fans. Seemed a fair decision to me,(we wanted 4) mind you if you were at the back you would have said 1 per person was fairer.

Anyone who has ever bought tickets from CCFC will have a customer no. You can add Friends & Family to your own details online if you know their numbers and get tickets for each one. I've just got tickets for me and my son. We usually get memberships rather than season tickets as we don't go to all home games, preferring to go to as many away. Hadn't bothered with memberships this year for obvoius reasons but this game game sort of forced our arm! So able to buy today instead of waiting for tomorrow. Still a good number of tickets left and will probably go to tomorrow but expect them to be snapped up within minutes.

I do agree with the one for one policy. Is there a fairer way to do it?

Just rang ticket office and the lady said barring a huge surge today then they will definitely make it to general sale

This can't be true, skybluejelly clearly guaranteed that they will all sell out today. Have we even got 800 ST holders and members this year?

I did the same to ensure I got one

I believe there are 382 ST holders plus corporate. There's also the members. So the figure's probably somewhere between 600-800 total. I got ours in hospitality on Friday just in case and I gather quite a few others did the same.

West Midlands Police have confirmed that only 154 tickets have been sold for Coventry City's FA Cup tie on Friday night at AFC Wimbledon.

City have an allocation of 802 (650 terrace tickets and 152 seats), but the lateness of the announcement of this game by BT Sport, the lateness of the tickets going on sale and the fact that the game, at a venue which is not the easiest ground in London to get to, is live on BT Sport, have hampered early sales.

Edinburgh's Ice Hockey team used raffle tickets a couple of years ago. Each one had the game, date and time written on the back of it in biro.

Christ alive our club is poorly run. No one answering the phone for 45 minutes and eventually get through on crappy, unreliable website.

Can't wait for this on Friday mind - Terraces are the ONE!!!

I've heard someone's leaving them under the wheel of a red Astra in the car park, just to chime with the general level of administrative nous

Hope you have got some trousers don't think you will be allowed to wear shorts in there

I've dug some jeans out. Aside from a suit for meetings and sledging earlier in the year it's the first time I've worn a pair of trousers this year!

Btw was it Wimbledon that have said you can't collect from them or was that somewhere else?
