Forget Hamer, O’Hare, Gyokeres etc for a minute…still missing Fadz big time. Way too easy to score against, no organisation or accountability at the back. Reading of the game is poor and men going free in the middle. We’ve conceded way too many like their first goal this year.

Yes we need another midfielder but signing a leader at the back must be an absolute priority in Jan. Having to score 3 in a game to just be in with a shout of winning is ridiculous.

I like Binks and Thomas individually but something has to change.

What I mean is exactly that…missing a player like him. Hasn’t been replaced.

Not saying we should have kept him because he was done.
