I think you only need look at away games and the passion of the fans to realise this is still very much our club and not beyond saving by any stretch.
going to the game is giving in , it kills me not to go , but i'm adamant, yes adamant, not adam ant," stand and deliver, sisu ".Personally I can see the merit in starting again.
However, those bitching about those going being selfish appeasing scabs, probably wouldn't like it if I turned it around and suggested that those going are prolonging the club's life, increasing the chances of it finding a way to return as a result, and be united with ground. They're also increasing the chance of the club being taken over by new owners.
Meanwhile, by not going, the rest of us are showing we're fair weather fans, weak willed, easily give up the fight and clearly don't love the club as we claim to, because just a few short weeks and already we're writing its epitaph in melodramatic ways. We are the ones you wouldn't rely on in a fight as we wave the white flag.
Of course it'd be daft for me to call those of us who don't go weak willed, lily livered and not real fans of the club, utterly daft.
And worse, divisive.
But it's just as good an argument as the one given the other way around, and people would be wise to remember that.

Ask yourself this. Who was it that took our Club to play 35 miles away? In doing this they knew it would cause a rift between those fans that would NOT go inside Sixfields, and those that would. This Septic split-arse knew EXACTLY what would happen. Don't get me wrong here, I don't condone the violence between City supporters, but this is the start of the downfall of CCFC. What happens when or if CCFC return to Coventry??? How will the vast majority take to the(In their eyes) turncoat fans if they're recognised in the Ricoh? Just a thought, which I'll bet nobody thought of!
Nothing what you haven't thought of is that the supporters on the hill are just as passionate as those going in, unfortunately there is a low percentage on both sides that are will try to hijack it for there own means these are the ones that will lose out.
I stand on the Hill and know quite a few that go in I have no animosity against them they are still my friends and actually stand next to them at away fans and drink with then before and after the match

i hope it's just heart ruling head and it's just words, but at leeds their was big problems over KEN BATES, people started boycotting, and what we have developing here turned into violence, i believe sky blues fans are better than that, but feelings and passions are running high, will Fisher dare to fan the flames again ?Only people with a twisted mind would think that. None of us know these answers. What I do know is as a club we are not profitable. So Seppala has drawn her battle lines, yes!
But we still don't know whether that is just pressure to force ACL to renegotiate? Or indeed she really does intend to build a stadium?
We don't know whether SISU can fund us for 8 yrs, 1yrs, 6 months, another week?

It's a precarious situation. So each individual has to follow their own head and heart and we have to all respect each other as fans.
Fans never agree on all sorts of issues....but one thing I think we all have in common is we want to support Coventry City FC representing Coventry in Coventry.

true but it will happen, the majority need to be vocal about it.Whatever SISU do, nobody forces us to divide ourselves and set fan against fan.

If its just a little scuffle that was quickly broken up between 2 people then its not the end of the world. This happens quite a lot at games all over the country.
If its going to escalte and more and more people get involved next time there maybe an issue.

Bound to happen sooner or later - the Hill protest IS provocative and seems to be aimed at the fans inside the ground rather than the owners which is a real shame. Michael is not really listening though as he is on a bit of a mission - however misjudged or pointless.
