  1. On the radio today they were talking about favourite smells. They were nearly all about how smells like music can recall a memory etc.When I was a kid they were always laying tarmac on roads by me,so have always liked the smell of freshly laid tarmac.Any more like that ?

:cigar: Cigar smoke as one of my ex teachers used to smoke them in class.



Worst is either the Branston pickle factory or the sugar cane factory in Bury St Edmunds.

Stopped smoking just over a year ago, but still love the smell rather than repulsed by it. Very proud of myself that I still manage to resist, even though the wife still has the habit.

The above always happened around a northern bloke who kept saying 'now then, now then'.
