Tudgay was a complete panic buy, when we had no strikers....lots of fans thought he would score loads, but this is a player who admitted he almost retired at the end of last season because he had lost the appetite for football?
We have no spine to this team. You sum up my thoughts on Reda, lots of effort but lacking quality and very erratic and at times rash.
But in fairness the whole organisation has no spine.
Yes Lorna Bailey was good and her patter was too, very difficult for Fisher to fall out with in fact I bet should he be interviewed again on cwr he will make sure it isn't Ms. Bailey. What we need now and soon is LB to interview c.e.o. Mr.Waggott, I think she is covering the Shane O'Connor breakfast show for 2 weeks. I don't think she will be taken in by his nice Geordie drones like others, such as Eakin, O'Connor, Foster and Linnell are.
Yet Liberty Stadium at Swansea City where the Ospreys Rugby Club share looked like a billiard table on TV yesterdayand ryton may be like a snooker pitch but the ricoh was like a mud bath, and that is before they start playing rugby there
I have been on an anti Waggott crusade on here for months even been asked if he is banging my missus which upsets the man in my life greatly by the way. As you say other cheek of the same backside, fucked up Charlton Athletic and is openly fucking up our Sky Blues, yet seems to get a lot of support and sympathy on here from the site leader downLike a politician lots of words but little action from Waggott I despise him and Fisher two cheeks from the same arse!

it will no doubt take a battering and not be great later in the season. But it is the same for both teams.
however yesterday it wasn't that bad and one of the teams was able to play a decent level of committed and skillfull football ............. sadly it wasn't us
Maybe they want him to fail. Hasn't got a choice with a 4 year contract.
I wouldn't mind but if he has lost the dressing room and one of the worst ever defeats in our history then time to go else what's the point. It can't turn while the players don't believe in him.
1. j. Clarke has been rumored to tell SP to stick it.
2. Many red cards and penalties already this season.
4. Just has the worst result of our history or top 3.
5. All these rumors about JOB yesterday.
6. Form all season has been crap even 8 games unbeaten it was mostly draws.
7. The style of football is wank. But better since 4-4-2 but majority has been awful.
My point is all these things considered does he have a chance to succeed?

we are apparently financially stable and TF &co have sorted out the finances to a point that we are cash flow positive
- what does cash flow positive actually mean when TF spouts it? this week, this month this year? what about the future?
- at the moment the club cash flow has benefitted from the Wilson & Christie sales and a windfall from Jutekevicz. There has also been the up front payments on the season tickets. So cash flow has been front loaded hasn't it? what happens say by March if things on the pitch do not improve?
- haven't we budgeted for something like 11k attendances? and therefore locked in to a cost structure that reflects that?
- there are significant payments yet to be included. The interest on the ARVO and SBS&L loans approx. £900k due in December I believe. But according to the 2013 SBS&L accounts a loan of £2.808m falls due for repayment December 2014 too. Yes the loan can be converted to shares but would ARVO do that in the best interests of its investors or would they prefer repayment or penalty levels of interest on default? They could call the money in and force administration but I do not think they will take that action at this time.
- repayment to ARVO means less in the pot to spend on players or players wages come January.
I hear what TF says then look at the above and then think financially stable cash flow positive ....... are we really??? :thinking about:
I'm astonised that Fisher has formed sentences without mentioning the words 'We are building a new stadium.'
I wonder if he'd still be spouting this bollocks if he hadn't naively given him a 4 year Contract for achieving absolutely fuck all. This is the same man who backed Thorn, allowed him to bring in ten players and then sacked him after 3 straight draws; two of which were against league favourites Sheffield United and Yeovil who would go on to win promotion. He is clueless about both business and football and I can honestly say I do not despise anyone as much as i do Fisher. He should have lost his job long before Pressley's came under scrutiny. Disgusting excuse of a human being.
Was he suggesting Sisu were banking on an FA Cup fixture against a top 8 Premier League club every season?
If you had listened to the interview he explicitly stated they don't budget for this, he was asked how much it had cost the club and he said the last two years the FA Cup has brought in over a million pounds.

The club budgeted for 11k attendances because "the fans" made such a fuss of how loyal they would be back at the Ricoh.
Would you have forecast 7k ? Don't think anyone would.

Astonished at the way pressley gets away with all of this by the way , only manager at any club in history that i know of that literally is getting a pass to fail

No I wouldn't have budgeted any different to be honest. However having set up the deal based on breakeven 11k attendances that sets the cost base and if they are not hitting that figure they are now losing money and cash flow on the deal.
TF was suppose to come on the show the other day to discuss the bid. However he had to cancel.
Did he discuss the bid or was it all about the defeat.

Interesting that it was the chairman, new chairman at that who did the interview. When appointed to that role we were told he was responsible for the proposed new stadium and everything else was down to the new c.e.o. Steve Waggott. During the interview TF mentioned Waggott as just that Waggott, not Steve or even Steve Waggott ! do I detect a split in the camp ? I would have thought the c.e.o. whould have been up for interview as he is more hands on with the squad, manager and state of the team.
The way his voice breaks near the end where he says Pressley Is here long term Is a giveaway ,just like when you get caught playing away by the wife ,Deny Deny Deny .
