Only one entity to blame for Fleck going for nothing at the end of the season... SISU!... We paid a fee for him to Rangers, but won't be recouping a penny when he walks, A la Westwood, Gunnarsson etc.

Not that the player might feel he wants to move on? No?

The power sits firmly with players now, makes more sense for them to move around without fees, it means they pick up a larger signing on fee in lieu of a transfer fee.

What do you suggest? Seppella water boards him to sign a contract so we can then sell for a fee? Like those before him he wants to be a free agent for his own financial gain.

Have you never thought why the likes of Wilson, Maddison, were given extended contracts when making the first team? SISU should have offered Fleck a extention to his contract, last season, not halfway through this. Bad Business by the owners.

Wilson and Maddison were young players. Didn't fleck sign a contract extension last season?

Yes he signed one in January 2015. but if SISU had offered a further extention at the end of last season instead of halfway through this one, he most probably would have stayed giving the Club a chance to make some money off him in a sale to another Club.

I would love to see a couple of games with Vincelot and Bigi holding and Fleck pushed on in front of him. I don't think you should have your most creative player so deep. When we had McAllister most team's counter acted him by forcing him to play deeper and deeper. Yet we play Fleck deep by choice?

Bigiaramana is tripe.

We know that is your opinion of Bigi. However I am more interested in seeing us with two holding players and Fleck pushed forward ahead of them....just to see if it makes him more effective. The focus was Fleck not Bigi you predictive prick.

Fleck'sgot it in his own power to decide if he wnts to push to have a half decent career, or if he's happy picking up a pay cheque.

Would neither surprise me to see him in the top flight in a couple of seasons... or in the division below.

Fleck was superb first half of the season, he's not the only one who's gone off the boil during this disastrous run. I'd even argue he's been one of our better players during this retched run (that's not saying much though).
