Haven't read all the posts on all the threads so sorry if this has been raised before but fleetwoods tactics at goal kicks first half were bizzare. 6 players around the 18yrd box and 4 on half way line and nothing in between.

They were very lucky to get away with it too.

Just about every single goal kick went straight to one of our players. Obvious really if you are leaving 6 players out of the equation and unable to make any sort of challenge for the ball.

It was almost as if they wanted us to regain possession and come at them again.

Very bizarre.

Yes...all the long kicks easily won and we were in possession mid their half. Short ones they were under lots of pressure. I don't think I have ever seen that before.
Having said that when they broke us down and countered they did stretch us and our midfield didn't get back quickly. The game largely bypassed fleck and vince
