Down to the Football League
The Football League will have the final say as to whether the winning bid from Otium can be sanctioned.
The League have to first satisfy themselves as to the finances and practices of Otium which was only two months away from being disolved as well as Coventry City Holdings Ltd and Sisu themselves, before Otium's ownership can go ahead.
We need as many people as possible to let the FL know that this is not a good scenario going forward
Expert opinion is needed on this and the right way to go. Long overdue some so called heavyweight fans gave an opinion, we would all join in in bombarding the League, FA, MPs with tweets, texts and letters but it needs to make a point
The League clearly need to be reminded that upon filing the accounts for last year the Football Clubs owners made an undertaking to finance the Club for the whole of the following season.
This was clearly a lie as they failed to make any payment in rent to ACL from the beginning of the season, WITHIN 2 MONTHS of that undertaking being given to the Football League.
Also, failing to comply by placing the Club into Administration during the season!
SISU AND THEIR PUPPETS ARE NOT FIT AND PROPER TO RUN OUR FOOTBALL CLUB!
