And , the west midlands . it seems you have to register to listen to CWR now . anyone had success in doing this ? there doesn't seem to be a send option once you've given your brief details .
If I quote it does that work? Can you listen to games online for CWR now? I thought it was iFollow.
Edit: Just seen the thread, no point replying to help.
You should be able to click on CWR to listen . however , for games ,you do have to subscribe to Sky Blues World .I have never been able to listen to CWR online for CCFC matches, I have always been outside area (Surrey, Berkshire and London) and presumed that this was unavailable due to the BBC not allowing to broadcast out-of-area content due to the Sky Blues Player rights deal......I may be wrong though and have never bothered to properly investigate - who needs Eakin and Linnell when we have sw88 on commentary?????
Sorry yes, it does work fine for normal CWR programming, but the only reason I'd listen to it is for CCFC games, which of course seem to be excluded, meaning you had to sign up to Sky Blues Player...You should be able to click on CWR to listen . however , for games ,you do have to subscribe to Sky Blues World .

I agree with the sentiments here - though I don't think I am as angry about it...Never been able to listen to CWR online for match commentary, you have to sign up to sky blues player.
Something that has ALWAYS gripped my shit and boiled my piss. I'VE ALREADY PAID THE BBC FOR THE SERVICES, NOW I HAVE TO PAY SOME OTHER C**T FOR THE SAME F@$KING SERVICE!!!! PISS TAKERS

With Sky Blues Player, do you essentially just get the CWR commentary?
Yes , but , you can choose other matches on SBW if you wish to do so. ie prem ,champ,lg1 lg2 etc. With Sky Blues Player, do you essentially just get the CWR commentary?
I hear you Ricketts but , that's my only option .I cant think of anything worse than listening to CWR 'commentary'.
It's tripe.
A good commentary and you could follow the game in your mind, have an idea of whats happening and the players positions, like in the good old days of the old BBC.
Nowadays its more like a chat, like the TV guys do, as though you are seeing the images too.
ehh?Yep, it's just ported through.

Sw88? Heard he's worse than Geoff Foster!I have never been able to listen to CWR online for CCFC matches, I have always been outside area (Surrey, Berkshire and London) and presumed that this was unavailable due to the BBC not allowing to broadcast out-of-area content due to the Sky Blues Player rights deal......I may be wrong though and have never bothered to properly investigate - who needs Eakin and Linnell when we have sw88 on commentary?????
But as someone said earlier, it plays fine...until there is a game on when some legal excuse appearsFor those who want to listen to CWR for free download the iPlayer radio app, works a treat! I have an iPhone, not familiar with android though.
