Has everyone has theirs? I’ve not had mine yet. Still expecting them in the post before Saturday night but getting twitchy
Why they haven’t just emailed them out is beyond me
I thought that but many doI would guess it’s because not everybody has a printer to print at home, or a mobile phone which is able to scan QR codes (my dad for example has an old Nokia).

Assume you've got the kids signed up for JSB again? Arrived today and aside from match packages there's some fab family packages for you. But they managed to send out thousands of emails to phase 1 season ticket holders with a zero value invoice for the paper ticket that they are now sending out! That doesn’t make sense. Accepting that not everyone has an email address or printer (a small % I would imagine) surely sending tickets by Ticketfast to the majority would have knocked 90% of the problem on the head, only leaving 10% to worry about paper tickets arriving and joining the chaos at the ticket office on Sunday.I agree, but maybe it was too late in the day to give people the option?

I heard Blackburn managed to get their tickets out on time.
We will have to see if they sell any more in the away end, can't see them selling any on Sunday so only Saturday to go.
