We have 2 homes games left against Wigan and QPR. Would love 6pts before the World Cup. Minimum 4pts puts us in good shape for the 2nd half of the season.

Unfortunately, it just doesn’t mean anything in the championship. Hardest league in the world to predict. Wigan are due a win…

However, we are due to give someone a battering. Actually score more than 1 goal. Hope it’s Tuesday.

I agree I think they’ll either win 1-0 or we’ll put 3 or 4 past them

This is exactly the kind of game we mess up. I remember a few years ago Preston bottom of the league getting battered every week, they came to the Ricoh and got a 1-0 smash and grab Parkin i think.

Whenever we are expected to piss a game we always fuck it up.

We are Coventry, it's what we do!

Joy will be praying for 6 points from the next 2 games.

If there’s any sale of the club it’s better to be top half in touch with playoffs rather than bottom half.

This is exactly the sort of fixture that we traditionally bottle.
However if we don't do that I think we'll smash'm 3 or 4 nil.

Pretty mad form really, especially when you consider that we probably should have beaten Rotherham and were fucked over by illness vs Blackpool. Could easily have been 7 wins in a row.
Yes especially as you in particular couldn't see where next win was coming from 10 games ago.

We still relegation contender?or looking up?

Make your mind up and Keep the faith.

As usual we get too transfixed over 1 game...win, lose or draw. It's about the performance. Keep performing like we are and we win alot more than we lose. Simple.

Looking forward to a tough game. We play well we win simples.

Every time I watch Wigan that Curtis Tilt all he does is wrestle and shirt pull the forwards. He keeps getting away with it. Got away with one blatant penalty yesterday too.

We were not the better team v Rotherham - fair point in the end. Championship is a mental division.

Not too worried about Tuesday's result.
We have 7 games between now and the end of the year (6 to the half way mark)
5 of them are at home, if we don't get 12 points from those games I will be amazed. That will take us to 35 points, just one game more than half way.
The 5 at home are
Wigan
QPR
Swansea
West Brom
Cardiff
Plus our away form is good, and Reading are beatable.

I would expect (with a reasonably full team) to beat Wigan and Cardiff. QPR, West Brom and Swansea are all potentially very tricky. If we get 9 or above from those 5, I will be content.

I think we have a good chance against Reading given our away form.
Swansea is a potential banana skin, but QPR seem to have gone off the boil a bit, and West Brom no more tricky than our last 2 games I don't think.
9 or 10 points would be alright though.
