which is my point. People who are understandably gutted he's gone are throwing mud at everyone else and when they do, there's no mention of MR being part of the team that got us into this situation. I don't get that at all.
No, just some new woman in the ranks named Fran Clamp-hardAny Lampards yet? Sick of reading all the whining and hearing about the performance director…
I understand the press have been advised of a 4pm announcement
I am a football fan, so all my awareness of the Green Cross Code goes out the window when I'm in a group, as I'm soz-hardBadge for the Tufty Club

Can you all like this post so my reaction score goes past my post amount please.
I’m healing it after many years of posting shite
I understand the press have been advised of a 4pm announcement
Have a likeHa ha! Just checked and I'm not too far away from achieving the same!
A board Director is. We have loads of people with Director in their title who are mostly only sales.
Doesn’t the late goals statistic prove that religiously bringing subs on at 60 minutes is a fucking brilliant idea. This is irrational Malc.
Perhaps look at coaches and players involved in the match on the day versus a performance director. Unless, you believe it was her fault for the late goals we’ve scored and won the game?
Does she deserve credit for the wins v Luton, Oxford and the draw v Sunderland and Sheff U?
Yeah possibly. I can accept MR was DoF in effect, but they and Doug will form the leadership team. Probably Lampard until a DoF comes in too. That’s what makes her uniquely open to criticism for the overall state compared to say Boateng or Carr, because she does have a wider responsibility. It’s not sexist to point that out. I think both the criticism and defence of her has gone a bit too far, but she’s a big girl in a big job so I’m sure can handle appropriate questioning on what her impact has been so far.
Doug King made clear that he is happy with Dr Roberts impact in her role and has defended her publicly.
Pertinently, what he also articulated at the conference, is that he wasn’t happy MR broke up the relationship with AV, felt that Robins would get exposed without AV/suitable replacement and the ‘deck’ didn’t have the ‘elite coaching’ required to achieve our goals with the new structure that MR wanted. Robins is accountable here, hence the decision to sack him.
This is why Lampard is going to bring not just a number 2 but another coach or two to join him in the immediate short term. Over the next year, that could be expanded even further if he has success.
King has been clear on what he believes to be going right and wrong at the club.
We are allowed to question King of course.
What will the nature of the announcement be.I understand the press have been advised of a 4pm announcement
...the process to find a head coach has started. What will the nature of the announcement be.
Or we are in advanced talks about a potential agreement to have advanced talks....the process to find a head coach has started.
With the amount of time this has now been "very close" i have a strong mental image of Lampard edging King for 2 days straight but refusing to finish him off. Only when he agrees to pay up for the coaching staff will he grant him his sweet release.I hope Doug King is in the announcement video in a Lampard shirt and his pants.
God I hope this turns out to be true (unless it's another fucking shirt), I can't keep refreshing this thread instead of working foreverI understand the press have been advised of a 4pm announcement
I knew exactly what this was going to be and clicked on it anyway, like the idiot that I am
Real Mature Wyken
“Every game is important, just because the teams below us in the league doesn’t mean we can approach it any differently.
We’ve approached every game as if we’re going to win it and we’ve approached it with the right information with and without the ball and we will do the same against Cardiff.”
Dunno if I’m reading between the lines but the way Carr is speaking it sounds like he is taking the game Saturday? Doesn’t scream something being imminent
What happened to John Taylor the Chief Operating Officer from Forest who replaced Boddy? Nobody ever says anything about him...A Director level position is above a manager or a Head of. Only King will be above her at the moment, and a DoF will be alongside her if one comes in.
Few are though.
Read through the threads, its the ones who who wanted him sacked who cant shut up about him.
The amount of times the anti Robins brigade brought him up post last nights game is fucking weird.
He isnt. Had an injection before both games, small issue he picked up in training on Thursday
He seems to be taking control of the commercial and marketing side. And tbh that seems to be working very well right nowWhat happened to John Taylor the Chief Operating Officer from Forest who replaced Boddy? Nobody ever says anything about him...
You're only allowed to question those who get questioned by the loudest on here. If you question anyone else you get accused of unfairly questioning someone or showing bias.We are allowed to question King of course. And again, the point is simply where she sits in terms of accountability, not whether it was right or wrong to sack robins or whatever.
Yep, me tooI knew exactly what this was going to be and clicked on it anyway, like the idiot that I am
