This thread feels like it is going full stamenic now. How long before someone starts sharing pictures of their wife?Is there a Toffee Crisp one? Think there was one in with that 'pooping candy' you used to get.
The mint one isn't minty enough. Plus the milk chocolate is too creamy and I prefer a bit darker chocolate with mint, like After Eight. maybe that's why I was disappointed - I basically wanted it to be an After Eight in Chocolate Orange form.
It seems there will be no room for Dempster, Williams and potentially Boateng
That's only initial murmurings so no one take that as gospel please
Not sure if this is true but Shay Given as possible GK coach
If that’s true then the coaching set up has got significantly betterNot sure if this is true but Shay Given as possible GK coach

If the overall coaching unit is better then we will be in a good placeFeels like we're downgrading the manager to upgrade the coaches
Popping candy not pooping candy - hopefully. Is there a Toffee Crisp one? Think there was one in with that 'pooping candy' you used to get.

I don’t know, with respect he started the recruitment after the presser.
The only Irishman who doesn’t know where Dublin is.Not sure if this is true but Shay Given as possible GK coach
The best partFrank Lampard's last chance? Coventry seems a last roll of the dice for him in management
Coventry City may well provide Frank Lampard with a last chance in management in England. He simply has to be a success, especially after the stature of Mark Robins among the fan base and the expectations of the owners.www.skysports.com
Well, hopefully he'll last to Christmas, with a bit of luckFrank Lampard's last chance? Coventry seems a last roll of the dice for him in management

Ik ,Fatty Arbuckle's!Even worse Red House
Not many on here will rememberIk ,Fatty Arbuckle's!
Well I think the chances of that are very close to 0%Everyone is looking out for the Lampard announcement, hopefully that will be quickly followed by a Dean Austin, Aled Williams and Dr Roberts have left the club announcement.
Because they are nasty and got robins sacked.Given how poor the keepers are I get the Aled Williams stick, but I really don't get the vitriol about Dr Roberts and Dean Austin. Ones head of sports science so manages the physio's, data analysts, etc, and the other just looks after the scouts, Robins sanctioned every signing.

I take it you stopped watching football in the mid 90’s then? The only thing I know about Frank Lampard is his dad, also named Frank. Great player in his day. Served West Ham for many years. Frank jnr.? Meh...
Frank senior was regarded very much as a bit of a joke by West Ham fans. Left back who liked his pop.The only thing I know about Frank Lampard is his dad, also named Frank. Great player in his day. Served West Ham for many years. Frank jnr.? Meh...

You just make things up in your head and say them like they are facts. It’s so strangeConsidering DK mentions about everything going across his desk and how poor the recruitment has been over the last two seasons, to question what on earth Dean Austin is scouting and putting forward is very reasonable. One or two shit players can get through the net and turn out to be shit but in the last two years there’s more shit than good joining the club.
You’re wrong, Dr Roberts helps the players with sleeping.
Alled Williams has a lot to answer for, our defending is getting worse and worse.
utter fucking bullshitWhen Dr Roberts was recruited, it was substantiated by the rationale that she would be able to find “that hidden one or two percent” that could be the key factor in us elevating ourselves and get over the line where historically we had fallen just short.
It was referenced she had a psychology background and would ensure players emotionally were better prepared in-game and for season defining moments.
She would be working with the sports scientists to ensure nutrition was on point. Again helping us to find those small differentials over the season
She would work on recruitment to ensure ‘the right type of characters’ were brought into the club.
Taking pure misogyny out of it. She would have had KPI’s and targets in her role. She was brought in to elevate performance, and we have stalled. And her key remit, to make those small differences for us, clearly hasn’t happened. And with that, her position absolutely needs to be under scrutiny.
Our performance has not measurably improved.
We have conceded first every single game in living memory. Clearly now a psychological issue for players.
Clearly unhappy signs in the camp, Robins referenced Dovin coming across to the country young and not being emotionally fully ready. Again areas of pre-screening i would have expected her role to capture.
Our players look KNACKERED in every single game this season. Doug can spout stats at us about perceived improvements, but absolutely no evidence of that on the pitch.
So the same as Robins was ultimately found to be the most accountable, and lost his job for it. All others involved absolutely needs to be equally scrutinised
