I don't get how JCS touching the defenders arm is a penalty but that isn't a foul.

Kelly brilliant so far

Done well in several aspects of play but he's dropping into the back 3 too early for me and that's part of the reason why Fulham have been able to dribble from their half to the edge of our own box on 2 or 3 occasions already as we've not had enough in midfield. Need to find a balance between that and what Hamer/Allen were doing in the week!
