I dont think he's sitting moderating them :)

My understanding was he sacked almost everyone who worked for them when he first purchased, so I imagine there is less human input and that's why it's worse rather than because it reflects his views.
Didn’t he reactivate a load of accounts that had been closed due to spreading misinformation, conspiracy theories and hatred? Pretty sure Katie Hopkins and Tommy Robinson had been banned prior to him taking over.

Whether it's Facebook or Twitter or basically any other social media it's about profit rather than any moral high ground.

Its an absolute cesspit since he took over.

The disgusting shit that's clearly hateful/incendiary gets left up under the pretence of `free-speech'.

Not only that, its directed to `For You' feed when you've never clicked on anything remotely similar.

Very very sinister and only gonna get worse if his mad c**t mate wins in November

Everything on Twitter is porn nowadays. There will be a video of a dog jumping into water and the first reply is "Look at my fanny, sign up to my only fans".

I knew there was a reason I needed to keep my account going. 😄

Man jailed for three years.

On first glance I thought it was a lot. Reading the background he was one of the instigators and also has previous convictions for violence, so if anything it was light, but I note reduced by a third for guilty plea, originally 4.5 years which is about right.

If they are handing out jail terms for people hitting police, fair play. Aslong as the same sentence is handed to those two fellas who beat the police at Manchester airport, that’s what we want to see, fairness all round
why would it be the same sentence? There are other charges levelled at the same time. They will also tack on charges for the rioting, the race racial element.

Those people will undoubtably go down. It just won't be as quickly.

These courts have been set up to deliver justice swiftly as a way of trying to deter more rioting.

Can people please stop typing patriots and worse still ‘patriots’ (not having a go at you PL, just the most recent I’m responding to). It’s akin to typing Yaxley-Lennon as if ooh look at me I’m right on because I refused to call him TR. Similar for Alexander Pfeffal, Two Kier Starmer or Beer Korma. It’s nauseating. The same as putting an * in a name as if it’s a dirty word. We proved last week, even the word cunts doesn’t need the asterix, so the only and I do mean only time it is acceptable to do anything like that, is when referring to Craig feckin B*llamy! Thanks 😊
..coz TR is not his real name its an alias/pseudonym.... Stephen Yaxley-Lennon sounds a bit posh/foreign and its merely to try and appeal to his sympathisers and the rioters/patriots :ROFLMAO:. Of all the things to get wound up by this does seem a tadge petty !

This is exactly where there are "bad actors". It's like when Dabo missed a pen and the same with the Euros with Saka and Rashford.

When people dug into it, the vast majority were weird accounts from random countries.

I'm not saying it makes shit like that OK to say or that there weren't horrible pricks from Coventry / England.Just it's far too easy for people to get around the verification and get 100 Twitter / Facebook accounts within a few minutes.
How would it be stopped then,Nick is there a way,, method?

"Being a keyboard warrior does not make you safe from the law. You can be guilty of offences of incitement and stirring up racial hatred. There are numerous terrorist offences regarding the publishing of material. All of those offences are in play. People are provoking hatred and violence on the streets. We will come after those individuals just as we come after you physically on the street, the thugs and the yobs who are causing problems for communities.

We have commentators from either end of the political spectrum who like to throw accusations of bias at the police because we stand in the middle, we operate independently within the law without fear or favour. If you've got crazy views over there and you don't like it and you've crazy voices over there, we will continue to do that. The serious voices who echo those are of more concern to me because the risk is they legitimise it and they legitimise the violence that my officers i'm sending out today will face on the streets."

Lots of them probably will have no one turn up or at best a handful of people.

As i said the list is the work of 1 man, he's the same person who started the Birmingham rumours on Monday where no far right people turned up.

We'll see what happens but i am doubtful that there will be anything like the number of actual protests the press say.

What benefit you take from this "low number" mantra I do not understand - the Sky report on the arrest at Liverpool said around 1,000 protestors were there

People smashing up shops / small businesses and looting are just utter scum.

The irony is that they will go and smash up a kebab shop or something that looks "Muslim" but then order a kebab at the weekend and whinge about "claiming benefits" when it's just a hard working small business owner.

I still think that by promoting it all, all over the news about the hundreds of protests just encourages people who aren't in in Telegram Groups etc to go down and act the c**t.
