No-one is saying these videos are fake

Do you think the security services are lying when they say Russia and Iran are flooding the internet with bots, stirring things up and inflaming things?

That is what I am on about.

I am saying don't just believe everything you see and hear.

Yeah and I'm just saying why do you only think that now and not with the hundreds of videos posted from the other things happening?

Fucking disgusted by all the cunts that have spent years sowing and spreading this division now pretending to be shocked and outraged by said division. Farage and all his minion bootlickers, this is exactly what they wanted.

Now I'm not saying this is fake but who's putting all of these lists out?

It seems like you hear people keep saying "the edl are coming" when they clearly aren't as they aren't a thing now. Who's saying to one group that the edl are coming?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if there's just random pricks online posting shit like this with no intention of actually going.

Whoever it is putting it out should be found and done for inciting, obviously.
I wouldn’t say it’s random I’ll expect it’s coordinated from somewhere. Russia, China, erc have been I citing stuff in other countries for years.

its very strange to me that we live in a world with multiple rolling news channels covering events like this live but there's a significant number of people who insist those channels are lying to us and the likes of patriot475737 on twitter are the reliable news source.

Because like I said the info that came out from the security services was after the first videos, which we had already commented on.

That's when I saw the story anyway. If they had said it before, I would have questioned that too

Don't know. The security services said we were being attacked by bots. This I believe was after last week's videos

Just weird how it's all of a sudden we can't believe things were see and hear, after a weekend of believing things we see and hear.

Genuine question. If somebody had looked up that video of the bloke being racist to cars or the other bloke being punched and said "yeah but don't believe everything"' and saying the poster was so and so. How would that have gone down?

What about if somebody said "yeah but did the guy say anything to them first" after watching a video of a racist attack, what would the reaction be?

Well.yeah, and logic would tell.you that bots stirring up trouble are going to target the already wound up, angry Brits aren't they.

Common sense.

How can you ignore Saddlebrains post two posts above yours. People being attacked in cars.
Are you stupid. Both me and stupot said we were looking at the roundabout video

I've commented on the prick with a weapon since

Sorry do I have to be in the Asians side because I'm brown? Have I disappointed you?

All I am saying we should show caution. The fact we know there ARE fakes about and the fact we know foreign agents are at play, should have us just taking a breath and questioning things

That's not saying they ARE fake, but waiting for confirmation. We saw yesterday that very realistic footage of the two people that had been attacked with machetes.

Trouble was, it didn't happen. The police say it was a fake story

So basically if it's videos of Muslim men carrying out racist attacks, criminal damage etc is just bots trying to wind up angry Brits?

Don't think the army got called in back in 2011 and there was 5 deaths in those riots. I get the logic in calling them in but I think its a bigger step than people are making it out to be
Unless I’m badly mistaken the last time we used the army for this was in Northern Ireland-using combat troops to deal with civilian disturbances is incredibly risky ground.

If the police are just going to stand in a line and let the crowds entertain themselves by launching whatever they like at them then it's achieving absolutely nothing . I'm truly shocked by what I'm seeing . There's absolutely nothing to be frightened of if you're hell bent on rioting.

The police in the 1980s had very little equipment and had to deal with hardened miners , not kids off school, not bored teenagers .

If something doesn't change tactically then the army will have to be used .
I’m not sure the army are set up for this and if they were brought in would only be backup for the police and follow same tactics.

By the laws of logic and the fact they are flooding the internet, there will be some fakes.

Undoubtedly.

Like the machete attack that didn't happen

Maybe this is just me but my first reaction to anything on twitter is what has been cut out

Saw a video of two people, man and woman, laying into an asian guy on the floor last night, not sure if that one has been posted on here. my first thought was what happened before that because the video starts with the guy on the floor being laid in to

And yes, sometimes we all make mistakes and don't stop to think because something supports our own point of view but as a general rule people need to stop and think

I asked you when we last did it
Apart from Northern Ireland I can't recall when we've needed them . I also can't recall such dreadful police tactics. Are you suggesting we can't use them because we haven't before in modern times ?
So you can answer my question now.

Falling for what though? She was filming it live.

This is what I dont get.
You really believe that is a woman living in Norfolk posting live video from Plymouth, right?
Jeez
Was 'she' in Belfast for this one?

Obviously many clips will be 100% legit.

But that showed yesterday what they are capable of

All looked very real.

I know and I get that. Its just weird how it's only time to take a breath and question when it's videos of Muslim men carrying out attacks.

I don't just believe stuff either way round, I saw that evo posted videos of the same incident from different angles and different people filming.

Its weird.

Faily sure they have water cannons,or fire fighting equipment, those things at airports, get em borrowed!!

I don't think anyone has argued that the guy with the sword on sky news shouldn't be getting a knock and be looking at some time inside
So what is being questioned as not legit?

I'm sure sky news would still report, if they hadn't been chased away.

Yes. People are being incredibly knee jerk here.

No, sure some of it is true. But some of the accounts shared are clearly bots/propaganda accounts.

Videos over the weekend were from multiple sources, on BBC etc. it’s fair to judge things differently.

I’m sure there are some Muslim groups going around too.

they definitely aren't coming in and taking over the situation if they do get involved. it will simply be manpower, although the increased manpower could lead to a change in tactics.

on a practical level do we have enough riot gear to kit out the armed forces?
