Yup because the upper pay scale goes over £40k and senior leadership roles can go anywhere up to £90-100k. Mind you it was considerably easier to go up the pay ladder when promotion was automatic
How on earth do you maintain a tree? There are frigging thousands of them huddled together in the New Forest & similar. They just grow if left alone. Anyone that gets too close just needs to be reminded of the risk they are taking by moving closer to the tree!Apparently U.K. councils have chopped down 110,000 trees in the last 3 years and often because they simply don’t have a budget to maintain them.
