Yeah but then some muppet goes & cuts em down...
Packham blasts council over 800 chopped trees

How on earth do you maintain a tree? There are frigging thousands of them huddled together in the New Forest & similar. They just grow if left alone. Anyone that gets too close just needs to be reminded of the risk they are taking by moving closer to the tree!

To balance out the fact that there is probably a machine (chainsaw) that allows 1 man to take em down far quicker than 3 men can plant em!Why do you need a machine to plant a sapling? 3 men and 3 spades will do it. You seem to be working on the premise that that it’s going to be down to one single object that’s got to do this work solidly on its own over 20 years. You need to add a dose of reality to your thinking.
Yup because the upper pay scale goes over £40k and senior leadership roles can go anywhere up to £90-100k. Mind you it was considerably easier to go up the pay ladder when promotion was automatic
You think getting through a full grown tree with a chainsaw takes longer than dropping a sapling in a small hole and covering the roots with dirt?To balance out the fact that there is probably a machine (chainsaw) that allows 1 man to take em down far quicker than 3 men can plant em!

I believe he WILL appear & face the questions when the time suits him

How? Would you force him to chain smoke 80 a day?Dont get me started on what CCC do to our trees. I’d make Grendel look like Ann Lucas.
He doesn't have time to be on Twitter as well as SBTI don’t get the twitter reference. He comes across as a jealous moaning git
He thinks it SHOULD be 21...sorry if that appears me being pedanticYou best tell Grendull then. He seems to think it’s 21.
Your report says that those with less experience of a particular issue make worse decisions in relation to it. Of course my education in physical sciences must bow to your University of Life diploma in the arena of climate science.
So he will get any easier ride then?About 1 day after the election should do it
Exactly...that was my pointOr they have twice the problem of everyone else.
Depends on your perspective.
But most seem to think he will win an overall majority.I know what I'lll do, I'll add another reason for people not to vote for me so they stop thinking about the other reasons not to vote for me.
Machiavellian genius.
I heard he does look like Ann Lucas...without make up!Dont get me started on what CCC do to our trees. I’d make Grendel look like Ann Lucas.
Which begs the question - how come there are so many to chop downThey’re vulnerable while they’re small and need watering and maintaining. Apparently it’s a real issue with some tree planting schemes.
Always an excuse why it’s him and not me
Think about factoring in the time & effort involved in getting the sapling to the point of dropping it into said hole! You think getting through a full grown tree with a chainsaw takes longer than dropping a sapling in a small hole and covering the roots with dirt?
It is MY report now is it?
Your education might make you (at least in your mind) some sort of master of of physical science...but ONLY in that.
Take it to Armageddon proportions, would it help you find food any better than an unqualified soldier or even apprentice football player?

Could be a good maths problem for tomorrow eh
No to be fair.... the tory's racist and mysogynistic tendencies appealed to you equally as much.Hardly the only reason is it..... What makes you want to vote for Corbyn then?
Ya boringNo to be fair.... the tory's racist and mysogynistic tendencies appealed to you equally as much.
Hmmm yes nice analagy..... using armageddon to try and dismiss someone who clearly knows a lot about the science behind climate change. Very odd behaviour. It is MY report now is it?

I hope your students are better at maths than the shocking display on here...
I'm surprised at that amount for primary teachers. What that shows is that it is a profession now top heavy with inexperienced teachers at the bottom end of the pay scale. After about 5 years from an NQT you should be up to £30,000 and beyond that you need to cross the threshold to earn more . Clearly the number of teachers leaving the profession before they get to that grade is huge.average wage of a primary school teacher - £25,777
average wage of a secondary school teacher- £29,593
Average wage of a nurse - £24,588

That could be a vote winner......So apparently it’s for others to decide if Boris can have an interview with Andrew Neil. Isn’t Boris supposed to be the leader? Who exactly is running the Conservative Party? Not Boris. Apparently.
Someone else running the Tories? That could be a vote winner......
Oh yes !Someone else running the Tories?
But we aren't...we are talking about the General ElectionI suspect you'll find that is close to my literal degree title. You're right though who needs one when talking about one of the biggest scientific issues of the modern age
A General Election in which the environment is the third biggest issue that voters are concerned about. You simply can’t discuss the general election if you’re not talking about the major issues and the environment is one of those. But we aren't...we are talking about the General Election

Yeah...let's face it he/she is just superscilliously focusing on an area they can massage their own ego with. Which is not what we are here to discuss.A General Election in which the environment is the third biggest issue that voters are concerned about. You simply can’t discuss the general election if you’re not talking about the major issues and the environment is one of those.
Only so they can clear land for City's new stadium.Strange then that the labour council in Coventry wants to destroy the Greenbelt and destroy thousands of trees isn’t it?
