Apparently we have appointed Josh Gowling as U18s coach. He was most recently manager at Hereford FC in National League North, and i have it on good authority that he was seen there as "a disaster" and "absolutely hopeless".
Ms Roberts (whoever she is) have a hand in that too, did she?
He got them to a cup final and was there for 3 years so 'absolutely hopeless' seems a bit over the top.

He actually took over the job from the mighty Russell Slade.

He's managing the U18's ffs, he's not Robins replacement.

Too early to say if these coaching changes will work out, but we took a step back last season in terms of points secured and position in the standings after several consecutive seasons of being on an upward trajectory. Also, the way we ended last season throwing points away due to fatigue has likely prompted the appointment of Dr. Roberts in order to seek a new way of approaching things in terms of preparation for matches and this has now extended to these coaching hires as well.

Can YOU tell me her pedigree/track record at this level?? I'd be suspicious of anyone of any gender if they just got parachuted into such a key role.
In what way was she parachuted in rather than just hired? Implication here is she circumvented the hiring process and doesn’t have relevant experience.
