I've been thinking recently - fair enough if it was professional footballers or players who had previously played at a high standard turning out at these rallies. They are 'football lads' in the true sense of the words. Sadly, most of the people I've seen (and those from Coventry I know of) were more likely to have been on the bench for their Sunday League C league team and attend on average one game a year (probably the cup ties with the likes of Arsenal)! They also cried because they could not make their school team.

I've always been a massive advocate of peoples right to protest even if I agreed with the cause or not but this is all getting out of hand now.
I can't see any way this can be allowed to go on. I think there needs to be a suspension of all protests are marches related to these issues to allow things to simmer down.
