What's the point to this thread Otis ?
Is it a case of look at me look at me I said we wouldn't get a win away from home this season and I was right again.
So ner ner ner ner ner.

Do you think west brim were shocked at beating Chelsea? And Leicester are no Chelsea. Wake up this is becoming a farce.
Not the point at all. You believe whatever you wish though. That's up to you.
You could ask what is the point in the team even turning up to play any games outside the ricoh.
We are about to break an 86 year old record.
That's the point I think.
I love the way that instead of looking at our home form and saying "Andy Thorn's got 5 wins out of 6 from a poor squad full of kids and players nobody would want" you turn it around and use the home form against him.
It is clear to see that more mental toughness is required away at hostile grounds like yesterday.
Just how much mental toughness are a bunch of kids likely to have?
Simple question.
Why would anyone think we are going to get an away win this season?
That is now 10 defeats on the trot and 7 goals from 17 games.
From what I saw today, we didn't look like scoring much at all ....... yet again.
Is it just Sky Blue tinted glass thinking?
I cannot see anything that makes me think we will win away this season. I actually think we may just lose every single one.
The home form is what makes the away form indefensible. Saying that, the 'crap first 20 minutes' seems to be central to both. We should've been 3 or 4 down by that stage yesterday.
But Harrison said we played well? How can they coach to fix bad points if they can't see them?
It's a simple enough question mate,
I'm going to keep asking this every week until I get an answer.
The facts are we are so shit we have won 5 out of 6 home games.
Surely that points to the fatc that we are not that shit?

Breaking this abysmal away record down makes it appear infinitely worse:
13/08/12 (first away league game)
L 0-1
L 1-2
D 1-1
L 0-3
L 0-2
D 1-1
D 1-1
........... Start of 10 match losing run
L 0-3
L 1-2
L 1-2
L 0-1
L 0-1
L 0-1
L 1-2
L 0-2
L 0-2
L 0-2
There you have it:
Absolutely pathetic
- No clean sheets away from home
- 7 goals scored all season
- 3 goals scored in last 10 games
- 1 goal scored in last 7 games
- 10 games without scoring a single goal
Are these results based on innovative away tactics ie safety first, 10 men behind the ball, keep possession, minimise risk etc ???
Is the manager totally at fault here and totally responsible ???
You would expect surely after 17 away games against a cross section of teams ie top 6/bottom six at least a few more goals and a tad more points
Other clubs pick up points, score goals - WTF is wrong with us ???
PUSB
It's a football game and if you point to 'luck' or good fortune to support wins then you are being a bit silly. That will happen all the time and to all teams. Results at the end of the day on any consistent basis is what you make happen. That includes home or away. We do it at home but fail away.
We have to make things happen and stop rolling over so easily.
You will be surprised to hear that I think we play some decent football home or away at times but our failure to convert that into a winning formula is the problem. We seem to have mastered that at home now but continue to look toothless away. That has to be coaching.
As for losing our best players? That has been on here so often but at the risk of repeating one self.....are you sure? Turner was not playing for nearly a year, Gunna was hopeless and Westwood was not without flaws. hardly ranks as losing our best and creating all the problems now is it?
stupot will say baker is our best player if he leaves in summer no doubt
westwood/king huge losses
gunnarrsonn-meh
Disagree somewhat, Stupot. Think that is rather harsh.
Christie looks a good player and will only get better. Thomas looks a good player too, as does Bigi. Nimely is a very good player and McShuff is good enough for the Championship. Deegan isn't a bad player, nor is Richard Wood. Chris Hussey is okay and we haven't seen enough of McDonald yet.
Not a strong squad and a distinctly average squad you could say, but 'gash?' OTT in my opinion.
Sorry Otis, the assertion that I would say baker was quality pissed me off.
You are right we have some very promising youngsters. Nimely and Norwood aren't ours so I didn't really mean them.
It all depends what league we are in next season.
You are right not 'gash', poor which is mainly why we are where we are.
