How was Isle of Wight?Seen them again last week at the Isle of Wight festival-top form as usual but “good riddance/time of your life” was a strange song to finish on.
I know, we googled their ages, I’m only a couple of years older & no way could I do what they do.Jesus of Suburbia is such a well written song/story. Green Day are quite a band and their story is crazy. Can't believe they're in their 50's now as well.
He looks good for in his 50’s tbh.Jesus of Suburbia is such a well written song/story. Green Day are quite a band and their story is crazy. Can't believe they're in their 50's now as well.
Brilliant festival. Didn’t see a bit of trouble-well organised aswell. We stayed off site 20 minutes away and roads were clear all the time. Usual overpriced food and drink which is to be expected. Keane the highlight for me. Pet Shop Boys good aswell for the nostalgia. Simple mindsHow was Isle of Wight?
Same-Foo fighters superb! Seen them 3 times but will never go to another gig at Villa park. Left Stratford around 4 and just about got in in time for the FF coming on stage around 7-30pm! Chaos inside and outside, an absolute shambles of a venue.was a great gig but after foo fighters at villa and this a couple of days later I've been fucked all week
I must have got lucky, was in for the first band. Traffic was already building up then tbh, there seemed to be very little traffic management going on so there were queues of traffic waiting for lights to cycle through when everyone was going in the same direction. Got away pretty easy at the end as well.Same-Foo fighters superb! Seen them 3 times but will never go to another gig at Villa park. Was really surprised when they announced one show at Villa.
