The blue does seem to be a darker blue. dare I say it a royal blue.

Im not so sure this is highfield rd we did play in sky blue then and nobody in that photo has sky blue on, but there again it does look like the old west end before the stand was built.

Also , possibly , away fans mixing with home fans ? red n' black scarf - I know we had a red n' black kit but , that was late 1800's /early 1900's ...

If it's 61 then we played in a mainly white kit with a bit of royal blue on the sleeves. (Variations of this colour with stripes from 1924-61)

Didn't start playing in skyblue till 1962 (although we did have a skyblue and white kit from 1889-1922).

Looks very much like a Bantams rather than a Skyblue era City....

That's a young Bob Dylan with rattle aloft with a Young Richard Hawley just off his left shoulder. Strangely, A young Roger Moore as 'the saint' feels the need to tickle Bobs armpit.
The celebs in attendance at HR back in those days was uncanny.
