Oh it does because they can't sign anyone until they do. Unless of course they go bump but that's the case with any business.

As I said it is common practice (amongst all clubs world wide).

Even if they bump, the rules enforced by football authorities is that all football debts have to be cleared in full, so the only way you don’t get 100% is if they were wound up in total.
it’s only none fa/efl that loses out.

In his defence the whole crowd was giving him vile abuse for a good half before he scored.
