I remember his first game for us. There was no such thing as the internet them days. Knew nothing about him. To be fair , I thought that was generous , I'd have said 60I remember driving home from the FA cup quarter final v Sheffield Wednesday and the local radio had an item called the "Grumble line" on. A Sheff Wednesday fan rang up to complain that their players couldn't get past Coventry's 50 year old left back!

The Baldy Fucker !He was hated when he first signed mainly because he replaced fan favourite Stuart Pearce. His popularity grew though and won the fans over. I also remember him scoring. 30yarder for Norwich in a 1-0 win over us at Highfield Road.
