£1 is more than it is worth. If Hoffman pays millions to SISU then he will not have the cash to invest in the club. It's a fair offer, paying any more would be foolish. If SISU chooses not to take it then it is at their risk. They can continue to lose 250k per month until they lose everything.

Should a buy out happen I think the actual price for the shares will be £1.
That is not the problem.

It's the conditions on taking over the loans that will eventually be the stumbling block. If SISU were to leave the loans in the hands of new owners they would instantly demand a realistic payback plan and start charging interests. The interests would add to the costs and leave the club in a worse condition. The alternative is buying out the loans completely which would be a complete stupidity as it would take a way funds that would be better used buying into the stadium revenue stream.

I still see a joint venture as the best solution for THE CLUB - but with this war on words going on, the fans protests taking side for Hoffman and the 'history' with Hoffman and Elliott on the previous board ... well, it looks difficult.
