Got to hold my hands up and say I didn’t think he’d get back to this level but for me he has been man of the match the last two games. Long may that continue.

Been brilliant last few games, back to his pre-injury best.
Oxford had no fit Left backs, and we targeted that weakness, so Sakamoto was always going to look good today.

Hopefully he will take the confidence from today's performance into the next few games.

I think one thing which has stood out of late is the development of his footballing intelligence. The yellow card today followed by a clear moderation of his defensive aggression was something I don’t think you’d have seen last season.

There are clear parallels with his development and that of Ellis Simms, both of whom seem to have benefited from some more rounded coaching and a bit more of the gamesmanship that comes with the modern game.

I love watching him play. Imperfect, and his bag of tricks isn’t massively diverse, but he so often makes impactful contributions that I don’t care. At this level, and with solidity in the centre of midfield he is a real asset.

Think he's growing into the English game. I think once he puts a bit more muscle on, he'll be an established Championship player.

People calling him poor/not good enough on twitter... today shut them up.

Just rewatched the highlights. Look at Milan when Tats scores. Trying to stay on his feet and keeps on running 🤣🤣
He tried to do a knee slide and nearly face planted🤣 Saka was pissing himself laughing. Good to see such team spirit and togetherness! Long may it continue

That was right in front of us. Thought Milan was going to tumble over the hoardings.

Milan is a lucky boy he could've fucked his knees up.

You haven’t lived until you’ve fallen over in weekly instalments. What a feeling. Confusion. Terror.

8 weeks since the knee op . Unfortunately Derby will be too soon. I might make the Sheff Utd game but still too early to tell. Recovery has been good but pretty tough . Hope you had a good holiday.
I hope her indoors has been looking after you? Need you match fit for Wembley playoff final 💪🍺🍺🍺
