I've always understood that no official statement has ever been made but it is believed to be around £175k per season. Does that sound about right?

Only a poster on a Northampton Town fans site has suggested that it's £300k a season.

Its never been made official to my knowledge.
Unlikely to especially because its likely to be more than the last Ricoh offer !!
If made public would probably embarras Sisu and a few of there supporters on here !!!
The first we will hear is if and when they try to claim damages against the council, then its likely to run into millions....

I'm guessing that when the books of either our club or Northampton Towns are in the public domain will be how we find out.

Don't know, but ultimately, what are you going to do about it?

I have an idea maybe we should form a new protest group against Northampton council !!
How about a rally and put someone forward to stand in their local election ?
I for one am extremely suspicious of the funding regarding the Sixfields stadium upgrade !!!!!

OSB might be able to confirm this for me, but iirc at the Ricoh the club owned 500 parking spaces which it would sell on for profit each match day. Therefore the revenue gained from parking at Sixfields is unlikely to exceed what the club was making at the Ricoh.

Are Sisu using their own people to sell the pies and sort the parking as they obviously won't want the current people who have a contract to do it at Sixfields?

The catering staff on matchdays are the same staff that are there for NTFC matchdays.

Expect this one to be ignored because it is not the Ricoh and won't suit certain peoples agendas.

Well as everyone says the matchday costs are proportionate to crowd and really there are only 700 fans there I would assume its 7% of what is charged at the Ricoh.

I believed it was stated the whole cost was £175,000 a year all in but no catering revenue. Can't find the thread though.

If I remember correctly they were given to the club as part of the rent to resell at a profit. That changed once the rent strike started and anyone parking would have been paying ACL direct.

You could well be correct, I think it was stated that the rent at Sixfields was higher than the last ACL offer so £175K would seem about right. There's no chance we get catering revenue as those rights at Sixfields were sold off to another company, remember an interview with Cardoza where he mentioned they wouldn't get any additional catering income from us being there as they don't get any from their own games.

According to the Trust Q&A it was 900 spaces and according to the Telegraph (national one) we pay 7,500 at Sixfields- it doesn't specify what that includes in terms of matchday costs- and says we keep all the Pie money.

Well you can rent the Ricoh privately for £5k a match as long as you only have 1,000 fans. Maybe that's the grand plan: reduce the fanbase till we can afford it.
