Well I don't think we should be top of the championship, and I do think robins has done a remarkable job at city, but Huddersfield were poor and there passing , especially a cross the back was particularly bad even with one up front and not pressing them to hard they made mistake after mistake. They are hardly a struggling team. Solid mid table team who had a number of players who were in the prem two seasons a go with them. When they were in the prem we were in league 2 and yet despite the team and Robins doing a fantastic job of getting into the championship some people still think we should be a top table championship side
At what point this season have Huddersfield been struggling? They seem a mid-table team that must still have hopes of play offs.Based on my opinion, we were the home team and should have tried to win a game against another struggling team.
Can't definitively say the whole ball has crossed the line from that picture. Not sure if its been mentioned yet, but Biamous chance actually went in, their defender kicked it out of the goal onto the post. View attachment 17944
I agree, that doesn't look completely over the line to me tbhCan't definitively say the whole ball has crossed the line from that picture.
Anyone seen a picture from the goal line itself. Looks to be over the line in this picture. Not sure if its been mentioned yet, but Biamous chance actually went in, their defender kicked it out of the goal onto the post. View attachment 17944
But if he'd been a "proper striker" he would have done? ;-)Judging by the picture Biamou has the best view of anyone and he didn’t complain.
That can't be right, because as certain posters will tell you, a decent forward would have scored thatNot sure if its been mentioned yet, but Biamous chance actually went in, their defender kicked it out of the goal onto the post. View attachment 17944
Really? Didn't know that! They've got goal-line tech in the Championship anyway so it definitely didn't
He did say yesterday that an @excellent” striker would have scored. That can't be right, because as certain posters will tell you, a decent forward would have scored that
Last six matches city 4th Huddersfield 11th on current form, not saying it's a bad point but think we could have been more proactive against them to take all the points. At what point this season have Huddersfield been struggling? They seem a mid-table team that must still have hopes of play offs.

So 0-0 at home against a shit team is a good result is it?Edited for you
Huddersfield aren’t a shit teamSo 0-0 at home against a shit team is a good result is it?
I think you're slightly over estimating us, under no circumstances are Huddersfield a shit team, and were not exactly promotion candidates ourselves, frankly credit to the lads that they have hit an 8 game unbeaten run. In the Championship, thats phenominal. So 0-0 at home against a shit team is a good result is it?

Which side was the lino on. That's his job.It really did seem like it did. But none of the replays on the footage were side on. Ridiculous for this day and age in championship.
I'm not complaining about the un beaten run, long may it continue, but at some point we have to target games to take 3 points from, and Huddersfield at home has to be one of those games.I think you're slightly over estimating us, under no circumstances are Huddersfield a shit team, and were not exactly promotion candidates ourselves, frankly credit to the lads that they have hit an 8 game unbeaten run. If we had had the courage to go and try to beat them, we'd be level with them on points.Huddersfield aren’t a shit team
It’s a good angle but the ball didn’t go in and I’m not sure Max touched it eitherNot sure if its been mentioned yet, but Biamous chance actually went in, their defender kicked it out of the goal onto the post. View attachment 17944

Looks like it did, I can’t understand why there was no one else following up they must have seen Dabo getting goal side ready to cross there was no one near Max.Not sure if its been mentioned yet, but Biamous chance actually went in, their defender kicked it out of the goal onto the post. As far as I'm aware that's the only time it's ever gotten a decision wrong and it was due to the random chance that all of the cameras used were obscured. That's wasn't the case last night so I'd be very confident it didn't go in.When you say “definitely”...

Hawk-Eye have apologised after goal-line technology failed to award Sheffield United a goal during their clash with Aston Villa on the Premier League's return.www.eurosport.com
Although personally I didn’t think it was over and the pic above is inconclusive. Max would’ve gone mad if it was over anyway.
One of the drawbacks of playing one up top.Looks like it did, I can’t understand why there was no one else following up they must have seen Dabo getting goal side ready to cross there was no one near Max.
Yeah, realise it was an unusual set of circumstances, but shows the tech is not infallible. Do agree it didn’t cross the line.As far as I'm aware that's the only time it's ever gotten a decision wrong and it was due to the random chance that all of the cameras used were obscured. If you remember how there were 2 strikers scrambling for the ball vs Norwich away last minute. Inside the 6 yard box.
And vs Derby same.
A but unfortunate in those games. Costly individual errors.Forest? Watford?
With the squad we have available and this is a genuine question, who or what do you think we could have done to go for the win?I think it made sense to be cautious considering the volume of games we’ve played with a small squad.
You wouldn't think he had time to be eating them but I guess its near ChristmasPleas don’t let Grendel find out that the camera view was blocked by Biamou’s nuts
WibbleTo me there is an easy way of putting it.
If someone would have said 8 games ago that we would remain unbeaten for the next 8 games what would you have said to them?
