We need to be injecting Bobby Thomas with whatever is in the doctors cupboard to get him back asap.
We have a lot of games in a short time now, the squad needs looking after and managed.

Injuries need complete rest.

Starting lineup is decent but we are going to struggle if that's our bench for the rest of the season.

Hopefully a few of them are only out for a week or so.

Lati needs to be dependable. And hopefully Thomas back soon and emc torp back for final few games and playoffs

Bench isnt even that bad .

Defender falls we've Binks and bidwell
Midfielder we can bring Allen on who always gives us a shift
Striker falls we can bring Patterson on and keep either simms or haji central .

Its not a terrible place to be

Sheaf has been indifferent all season, hope I am wrong but can see him being hauled off for Allen on the hour as we will have 2 'sitting' midfielders getting in each others way.
I still think we will get a result tonight though. And as others have said, our bench has been weaker than this at this stage of the season in recent years. If Simms and Wright are up for it and get any kind of service, we will be fine.

He was a highly inflexible player. In the contest with Gerrard, it was always Gerrard (the better and more varied player) who had to give way because Lampard could only do one thing - attacking midfield - but was no good in a defensive role. At least Gerrard could do that, or had to completely give way to a specialist defensive midfielder like Gareth Barry. Formation was drive in part by Lampard's limitations
Are you on serious drugs?

Lampard has taken us from 2 points out of the relegation battle to being in 6th and playing a game in hand tonight where a win will put us in 5th and 5 points ahead of 7th with just 4 games remaining and you're still questioning if he is good enough for us because we've score a few late goals.

So who would have been your choice of manager and what does Lampard have to do to make you happy?

He has been as good as injured all season in his defence. Perhaps he is going to do a Liam Kelly and come back and play his best football at the most important time?

Thinking about it a point wouldn’t be disastrous but I hate playing teams fighting for survival. Yes we should win on paper but look what happened at Derby

Basette too. Like somebody said, people must have forgotten the 2023 play off squad.
We were rather lucky with injuries that season if I recall. As you say anything past the first 13/14 players was absolute dog mess.
Different group though, I think we can handle most injuries, but our backup CBs are not the one if we're being honest are they.
