well right now it is Otium entertainment Group Ltd trading as CCFC....... a name change would not be that difficult just needs league approval or famous discretion.

There is nothing been said that indicates they are planning to change the name however

Won't Coventry City Football Club Ltd soon be available at companies house?

Maybe ACL should obtain the name and form a dormant company, in line with normal business practice.
