I doubt the bars will, they would have to subscribe to ours or the other teams to be able to watch.

You would be best using the bar's wifi and getting it on your phone.

Are you watching on iFollow today Nick? Not having much luck with ExpressVPN at the moment. Some locations won't even let me sign in to my iFollow account on CCFC website and some will but don't show the 'Watch Match Live' button.
