This thread's about 651 pages long, but the only single opinion that Grendel's actually committed to is that wingy is the best SBT poster (obviously other than himself).

I know I'm going off topic now but phones in 2006 aren't as shit as that picture makes out, the wiki description says it was designed initially for developing countries so could explain why it was so basic yet many units of it were sold.

Modern phones in 2006 had up to 3 MP pixel cameras, video recording/playback, mp3 playback, external memory card slots, video calling, instant messaging, e-mail, web browsing, 3g capability had been around for several years and probably other things I've forgotten as well.

With regards to Wise, he was obviously a bit of a freak of nature in the way Giggs was. Still probably looks now like he's in the same condition as when he finished playing.

Ah I missed Grendel's endorsement, but aside from when he's having his fun he talks a lot of sense.
That last bit is no self endorsement by the way.

I agree with Grendel, Cole did upset the balance of the team, but I think the best is yet to come.

Apologies to Wingy, I was just trying to be funny. Honestly all respect to admitting a mistake that I don't even remember him making.

My comment to Wingy, was just taking the piss out of Grendel, but I do think that Grendel consistently offers valid points that are worth talking about. He's very good at generating debate, but does tend to fail to ever offer an opinion on anything that he can actually be held down on.

I've had a few beers and apologise if I've vcome down on the side of anyone, because that wasn't the intention.

Your suspicious because my IP address is behind a proxy, but that's because I'm secretly Peter Ndlovu and hid my identity to avoid all the undue attention.

On a technical note though, if you post or view messages on tapatalk, there are more messages there than on the desktop site. I don't think it's just a delay either, unless it's very long.

I'll admit that the last post to Wingy sounded snide, I was just trying to be funny. I am drunk and I've already apologised to Wingy, but I do apologise to Grendel as well. Grendel offers a hell of a lot of good things to this site as I said in my last post.

As per being behind a proxy; I made one vaguely argumentative post tonight and then you waded in. I obviously put 1 and 1 together and got 63, I'm going to blame the 63 beers.

Seriously though, there is an issue with tapatalk not updating all of it's messages to your desktop website.

briefly, then I tried to og in again a couple of years later and it was buggered. wouldn't let you reset your password or your email. It was always my source of cov news though.

I know that I'm drunk, but I don't think that I'm imagining it. The moderator did just pop out of nowhere to criticise my post and then disappear again when I asked him to look at my posts didn't he? No apology, just acting like an ineffectual bouncer who'd confronted the wrong person then didn't have the balls to admit it.

If there were more websites for idiots that supported cov, i'd be there.

Nick's a decent guy. In my opinion, it looks like he took your post out of context.

He's probably a bit pissed off that Grendel, Tony, myself and a couple of others gave him a lot reading to do tonight.
