Is it worth petitioning/protesting to the land owners not to sell the site to SISU?
As i said on another thread,
6.4 miles from Brandon to CV1
4.2 miles from Ricoh to CV1.
Tim said the new stadium would be closer to the city centre than the Ricoh.

Can't be sure but I don't think tim is telling the truth!!!
Me thinks he's on the sauce a lot these days.Yes but Tim also bought magic beans to grow a beanstalk to the sky.
He is as we all know, 'Proper mad'
Ok - just getting my Tin Hat on...IF this is going to happen and I mean GOING to happen (I am not saying it should - and I don't want to leave The Ricoh)...Brandon is an ideal site for ME!! I only live 5 minutes away and with TGI's just before and after the game...:claping hands:

Why would you assume he was telling the truth?
Wrong, his plan is to move the city centre closer to Brandon.Maybe it's Tim's plan to move Brandon closer to the city centre. :thinking about:
The road to Brandon is just one single lane. Massive difference between that and around the Ricoh, which is 3 lanes along the A444.
The Ricoh is so much more easily accessible. Can't see how anyone can argue against that.
The traffic to Brandon would come to a standstill on match days and the residents will be up in arms.

Its not a choice, we've been thrown out!
imp:
so does all the roads around the Ricoh! Rugby council are a different kettle of fish to the Coventry City council and this place is on the perimeters of the boundry so will have very little impact upon their council they will see a better utilisation of a peice of land that has been floundering since the heyday of the mighty bees.
TGI Fridays...
