Why didn't they put a good offer soon as wasps went into administration proper owners would have done.

Why would they put an offer in at that stage? They would be taking on all the debt with the stadium.

They’re trying to get them in a stressed situation so it’s cheaper. If the stadium went out of business it would be at the cheapest possible.
