So I think I've figured out what is going on. If I try to sign on with a VPN the sign on screen is blocked - removed - so I cannot log in. I've tried three different VPNs and it's the same for all of them.
If I close/turn off the VPN then I can sign on - but then obvs I cannot see the game. Not best pleased, having paid a lot of money for this - haven't been able to see a game for past 2 weeks.

Yes, screen mirroring from iPad to Apple TV. It has never been that bit of the setup that fails! Usually logging in to ifollow is the issue for me.
It is a bit flakey, I very rarely just turn it all on and go, there’s usually a bit of faffing involved. Didn’t use today as went to game.

It definitely lets some people (me included) sign in to iFollow (if that’s what you mean?) whilst using vpn because it adjusts the price according to the currency you are ‘using’. Eg last game I was in ‘the Hague’ and it cost me €6 or thereabouts.

I find the free VPN 'Windscribe' works well. I use google chrome.
Once you download the Winscribe VPN remember to go to settings, privacy and uncheck the ad blocker orit won't play.
Also set to country Hong Kong.
Now open new tab andgoogle CCFC. Use that search link to goto CCFC site.
Sign in.
Now goto fixtures and 'match day live'
Hit WATCH tab
Pay as normal. When prompted to "what do you want to do next" just click on return to CCFC site and it will automatically start the screen and show the match.
It can be temperamental so doing it in this order seems to work fine for what ever reason.

This means the IP (location) you are using is blocked. A lot of the more well used VPN IP’s are blocked as they know that a few thousand people aren’t watching ifollow from the same house!
You need to do some location & vpn hopping leading up to the weekend to find one that lets you log in or gets you to the screen to buy a video season pass in a foreign currency so you know it’ll work come Saturday.
Alternatively, buy an IPTV subscription from the supplier I’ve used for my dad & you’ve no faffing about. Up to you but he’s been very good & a few on here have signed up.

I've had a rolling subscription for like, 4 years and for some reason it's now decided to not let me watch anything. Highlights, interviews, nothing. Anyone else blocked from viewing anything?

Me too. Cannot get anything. I've written to them to complain and they have not replied (over a week now). So I've put a complaint in with my credit card.
It's fine if they want to stop VPN use if they stop it at time of purchase. But to take the money and then block and refuse to reply/help is not right.

No picture or sound for me. Stopped about 5 minutes ago. Fucking annoying when you also can’t listen to CWR (live out of Cov) so have to sit and listen to the sound of silence.

Their customer service is shocking, let me know if you want the EFL email to properly complain. If they did a bit of investing and found out you were using a known VPN IP though, you’d not have much of a come back

Should be just down to your IP address which should change as your location changes - especially another country. I usually have to go through the club website to buy a pass, as the app never seems to give an option
