I've got a subscription but it just says live on iFollow.. has coverage not started yet?

Sorry gally9 I can't really help you. I have a question myself though:

I've been trying to subscribe to ifollow today - have successfully created an account on the club website but the £130 transaction for ifollow access seemingly won't go through.

Anyone else had this problem?

It's not the easiest of things to navigate. From what I can work out, Match Centre comes online about 30 mins before kick off which is where the links can be found. Video starts just before they come out on the pitch.

Yeah, you nee to go into the match centre and it all appears there.

Pretty annoying if you don't know, I had to ask their live chat :(

Still won't let me pay. The 'completing purchase' screen appears for about one point five seconds then I'm sent back to the 'create account' page. Hope I've not paid twice.

I'm like Neil off the Young Ones getting technofear.

Click the speech bubble at the bottom right and their support will help :)

the payment screen is equally painful. I think I had to try twice to pay. You can check if its gone through by loooking at your subscriptions. It'll appear there if it's been successful.

Yeah it will appear in there saying which one you have.

Won't let me pay as my card is registered in the UK, but I'm in Malta.

Says that you need to use an address of the country you are in for the billing address

I just offers me the UK subscriptions. It might be because I'm already subscribed to the UK service but I don't know how to cancel it.
