It's rubbish
When I spend that much money on something I would love to be more assured that it's worth it
releasing tickets by priority date is the only thing that makes sense about it.
The system they use of selling tickets block by block is so misleading. For the Reading match last season I talked to a lady on the phonewho said that the next block of tickets only becomes free when the first lot have sold out. She then admitted that the first block were the seats that were stuck in the corner and that until another 200 cov fans shelled out for these poorer seats the ones behind the goal would be locked.
The diagrams of the seats seem to be drawn at random and haveno relation to the actual grounds
I am currently waiting for the RV block to become unlocked despite all of the S block being sold out. In other words I can't buy any tickets.
and what do these mysterious letters actually mean? RV is probably restricted view but why on EARTH don't they just write that on the box so I know what I'm paying for? The number of mysterious letter combinations that I've seen on these diagrams. What the hell do they all mean? Does S just mean seats? or Seats where you can actually see?
Surely they should make it easier, clearer and less counter intuitive to actually support the team. Especially when ticket prices are as they are...
Oh and don't even get me started about that bloody hold music...
