Summat to do with driving i think. Just noticed as i got up to go to the chair

maybe he got confused as to which company to register the vehicle with

maybe his accounts were in a mess

maybe he cant work with the registration department, as they want to keep the money from the vending machine

maybe its registered in Northampton

maybe he spoke to the DVLA and they were concerned if he wasnt driving, he would fullfill his petrol quota
