Burrows from what IK saw at the end of last season a bit of a league 1 Ryan Giles which can useful
Maybe it was Janine catfishing you.If JH is not real then who has been sending me saucy pictures on twitter!
Agreed and whilst we have a ‘model’ that we’ll follow, you don’t want to have a team with next to no experience to help the players through tough games and situations. A player like McNair and Browne (for example) would be a great fit.Potentially losing Godden, Wilson and O'hare too, that's not just loads of experience going, but they are all big characters around the place.
That's one of the reasons that someone like Browne would be a good fit IMHO.
I agree to an extent but we have experienced players in Sheaf ,Bidwell and even Wright who can step up within the squadAgreed and whilst we have a ‘model’ that we’ll follow, you don’t want to have a team with next to no experience to help the players through tough games and situations. Southampton signed some really good young players in 22/23 but the team was too inexperienced and that contributed to their relegation.
Yep, Sheaf is definitely a leader and there’s a decent supporting cast of leaders like Lati, Kitching, Bidwell and even the likes of Allen. That all said, not many of those will be starters so it’s still a gap in my view.I agree to an extent but we have experienced players in Sheaf ,Bidwell and even Wright who can step up within the squad
It's all just gossip isn't it but I think Saddlebrains gave it some weight (apologies if wrong).I think that was just a bit of gossip wasn't it. Just can't see it personally, Dasilva has 3 years left on his deal, players don't tend to leave 1 year in.
Dasilva like him or not is that luxury lwb that is more attacking than defensive. I'd be pretty terrified if we only had him and a untested youngster going into the season.
I'm up for upgrading Bidwell but it needs to be with an all rounder, if anyone can suggest a left sided MVE that would be ideal?!

probably @Craig??If JH is not real then who has been sending me saucy pictures on twitter!
Would take Burrows in a heartbeat , he is the modern full back and not for off a carbon copy of MvE . Also his set piece ability would be invaluable to us
I'm terrified every time JDS has to defend. Watched Burrows a lot towards the end of last season scored at Wembley in the football league trophy, and great crosser of the ball but is a gamble concerning his defendingI think that was just a bit of gossip wasn't it. I thought that was Galloway?MVE is very technically gifted, pace to burn and was talked about being a potential successor to Dumfries.
But at least he's not a 5'2" dwarf the opposition target every game.I'm terrified every time JDS has to defend. Watched Burrows a lot towards the end of last season scored at Wembley in the football league trophy, and great crosser of the ball but is a gamble concerning his defending
is this the guy you were on about earlier?
Doesn't matter how many times it is pointed out that he isn't a real person, people still think there might be something in what he has "said."Dying at how many people on Twitter and here are taking John Harriott seriously
Literally been doing this for 10 years hahahah
Your book needs throwing out then!
