stirring the pot? what for stating a fact? it costs £200 to change a window. why hasn’t it been done? amateurish to say the least.
Well he is stirring isn't he - and has been for weeks.

Sum all of what up ?

Obviously Birmingham are currently using it at a cost of £20k + a month but surely the Wasps training ground should be the target once Blues move. It's ready to go and will be unused in the coming years.
Do Brum rent it off The Pests? If so I very highly doubt they’d have been comfortable or will be at any point in the future of us taking it off their hands

why do you think he is? Because he knows partly what’s going on behind the scenes.

you do know that boarded window been like for a while. surely would be good to get it fixed, don’t you agree? if my house had a boarded window I’d get it replaced asap. looks ridiculous

On short term because of the fire at their training ground. They are aiming to move out at some point this year.

Well yeah, it clearly needs replacing.

But he is stirring isn't he, as he's not being clear in communicating what he knows/thinks he knows. Just cryptic breadcrumbs here an there causing fans to speculate - that's stirring the pot to me.

He should either shit or get off the bog

The lastest developments at Ryton, and a new sport which I haven't heard of before, originated in Hungary called 'teqball', which we're creating a new space for this, looks like we trying to improve close control and better version of football tennis... PUSB

Looks like way more work than I expected going on. Sounded at the start like a couple of pitches, this sounds like major renovation, expanding the area and everything. Exciting stuff.

I’m surprised you seem surprised. Robins said from the off set we will be having a “state-of-the-art” training facility that will attract players to the club.
That obviously included pitches but also a serious up-grade of the indoor facilities at the lodge.
Haven’t been in the lodge for years it’s bigger than you think when taking into accounts it’s old dormitory area.

Works really well that, not sure it would work at the CBS but definitely at the lodge - nod to the HR days.
