Due to recent history and a known lack of cash people are assuming the worst will happen.

Personally I'd like the telegraph to be digging more to see who is being interviewed, and what time scales are they working to.

Not knowing is definitely making the whole process drag on

Since relagation roland was the obvious replacement to Stracan. Garry Mc was tipped well in advance to be coming back as a player manager. Black's appointment was no surprise but Reid's was a shocker and his reign was a shocker too. Micky adams was tipped to replace reid and Dowie was no surprise as his appointment was widely tipped. Coleman was a shock and Booth was a surprise as well. thorn was the cheap an easy appointment. tis is omly SISu's 4th appointment in 5 years might get this one right but I doubt it

It is if some of the names being banded about are indeed on the shortlist.

We need inspiration. Sounds like we might just get more of the same.

yes, I'm surprised people on the DWP work programme aren't being put forward, they'd match the calibre of some of the candidates
